I AM SUCH A SLACKER! Sorry! Much delayed but here are the Tips 'o the week:
DRINK OF THE WEEK:
Mango Margarita
1 1/2 oz. gold tequila
1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz. Sweet & Sour mix
1 oz. fresh lime juice
couple splashes of simple syrup
Shaken, not stirred. Do not salt the rim on this one. Add a slice of lime to garnish.
DESIGN TIP OF THE WEEK:
A quote from a designer friend of Sue:

don't take it too seriously, have fun with it!
